There are many ways you can tailor your own Thai Green Curry: - Replace chicken with pork, beef, shrimp, mussels, or tofu. - Add 1 tbsp of fish sauce and sugar to taste. - Add chopped cilantro and red chillies for extra garnish. - Add 50 ml water along with the coconut milk for a saucier consistency.
