Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blue Dragon Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Blue Dragon Coconut Milk Light
  • 1/2 cooked chicken cubed
  • 1 cup cooked veggies
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • The juice from one lime

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
  2. Add Chicken and vegetables to mixture
  3. Place on skewers – drizzle remaining dressing over salad and enjoy!

Sweet Chilli Sauce (190ml)
