Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
- 140ml of Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can of pineapple rings, halved
- 1 red onion, chopped
Instructions
- Place the cubed chicken and the sauce into a freezer bag and place in the fridge.
- Let marinade in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours.
- When ready to cook, skewer the vegetables and chicken in preferred order and brush the vegetables with any remaining sauce.
- Place on barbecue at medium-high heat, turning occasionally.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve.
