1/4 tsp each salt, freshly ground pepper and hot pepper flakes
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1 red chili, sliced (optional)
1 sachet (140 mL) Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce

1/4 cup toasted peanuts
Heat oil in a wok or large sauté pan set over high heat. Season pork with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes. Add to pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until browned and still pink inside. Transfer to plate.
Reserve 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish.
Add remaining green onions, garlic, pineapple and red pepper and red chili (if using); stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Add Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce into the wok; return pork to wok and cook until heated through.
