Soak one Blue DragonTM Spring Roll Wrapper in a shallow bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds, or until it becomes pliable. Lay the wrapper on a damp tea towel to remove excess water then lay it on a clean work surface.
Place a piece of banana in the middle of the wrapper. Add a dollop (approximately 1 tsp) of chocolate spread on the banana. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling then fold both sides toward the center. Roll firmly from the bottom up.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
The rolls can be eaten as is or fried in oil.
To fry the rolls, fill a wok or pan with approximately 0.75 inches of cooking oil and heat to 350°F (175°C). Gently lower in the rolls and fry until golden, turning them over carefully to crisp and brown on both sides. Remove and set on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Sprinkle with sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
