Ahi Tuna Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Ahi Tuna
- 3 1-inch pineapple rings, grilled and cubed
- 10 Boston Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Blue Dragon Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 finely chopped red chilli pepper
- Juice from 1 lime
- Blue Dragon Pure Sesame Oil, to drizzle
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toss pineapple, cucumber, lime juice, and honey in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Place tuna, Blue Dragon Fish Sauce, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in a reusable plastic bag and seal. Let marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
- Grill marinated tuna for 2 minutes on each side at 450°F. Let rest for 5 minutes, and slice thinly.
- Stack two lettuce leaves. Top with pineapple salsa, two strips of tuna, green onion, chilli pepper, salt, and pepper. Lightly drizzle with Blue Dragon Pure Sesame Oil.
