Sweet Chilli Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 6 large cobs of corn
- 1 stick of butter
- 100ml of Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
Dry ingredients
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Pull the outer husks towards the base without removing them. Strip away the silk from each ear of corn and set them aside.
- Melt the butter down in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. Remove the butter from the microwave and mix in the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce in a bowl.
Dry ingredients
- Rub the butter and sauce mixture all over the exposed kernels of the corn and fold the husks back up into place.
- Place the corn, in their husks on the barbecue at medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until the kernels are tender when pierced.
- Remove the corn from the barbecue and safely remove the remaining husks.
- Lightly dust the kernels with the dry mixture.
- Ensure the corn has sufficiently cooled down and serve.
