Also try Satay Marinade: Combine 3 tbsp of satay sauce with, 1 tbsp of dark soy, 1 tbsp of oil and a pinch of pepper or chilli to make a marinade for meat. Leave for 6 hours or preferably overnight. Then grill, BBQ or oven bake the meat.
