Thai Coconut Curry Sauce

Water, Creamed coconut, Sugars (sugar, palm sugar, cane sugar), Shallot, Dried red chili, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Distilled vinegar, Ground spices (turmeric, Sichuan pepper, cumin, cardamom, coriander, star anise, cinnamon, clove, mace, nutmeg), Natural flavouring, Ginger, Yeast extract, Xanthan gum, Malic acid, Tocopherols.

Storage: Shake well before use.  Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
